Excited to present my work as Lead Illustrator for the official story trailer of Latitude 76: Land of the Onkilons (Anisimov Games), demo launching on July 2nd. Watch story trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kP11wlzsjl4
Latitude 76: The Land of the Onkilons is an adventure game inspired by the real-life story of the 1900-1902 polar expedition. The game tells the story of brave explorers who set out to prove the existence of a phantom island in the Arctic Ocean.

My Contribution & Process:
+ Concept & Vision: Developed the trailer's storyboards based on the provided script, establishing right pacing.
+ Visual Language: Defined a unique stylized painterly style, initially inspired by expedition sketchbooks and captain's logs; it was decided to use vibrant colors over monochrome sketches to align with the game's bright visual identity.
+ Art Direction: Created a color script to map emotional tone and atmospheric progression, based on references gathered and mood I wanted to achieve for each scene.
+ Execution: Produced final key illustrations for the trailer. Prepared layers for animation further in the pipeline, including parallax effects and scene transitions.
+ Pipeline Integration: Delivered a test animatic early in the process to validate visual storytelling and timing, ensuring a smooth transition from static art to motion. Collaborated closely with the Trailer Director for final result.
I'm thrilled to have contributed to the visual storytelling for Latitude 76's launch trailer.
